Search analytics startup Enquisite raises $8M
Enquisite, which is rolling out several search analytics tools, has raised $8 million in new funding, according to VentureWire. One of its first products will verify that ads are running where they’re supposed to.
The round, the San Francisco company’s second, was led by Castile Ventures and Formative Ventures, with participation from previous investors The Entrepreneurs’ Fund III and Retro Ventures.
Enquisite snags Mark Hoffman as CEO
Longtime tech executive Mark Hoffman has been named the chief executive of search marketing analytics company Enquisite, the company is announcing today.
Hoffman is best known in Silicon Valley as the former CEO of CommerceOne and founder and CEO of Sybase. He has brought aboard Dan Robbins as vice president of marketing and Sylvie Moreau as vice president of sales.

Enquisite raises $3.2 million round for search analytics service
Enquisite has raised $3.2 million in a first round to improve search advertising analytics tools.
The round was led by The Entrepreneurs Fund III, which is headed by Jeff Webber and focused on Web 2.0 software startups.
