Helpstream, on-demand collaborative customer service co., raises $8.6M
Helpstream, a Mountain View, Calif. provider of on-demand collaborative customer service technology, said it raised a $8.6 million round of financing led by Mohr Davidow Ventures (MDV).
The company, formerly known as Pathworks Software, competes against companies like Parature and RightNow.
