Opsware, data center company, buys iConclude for $53M

Opsware, the publicly traded data center company fouded by Marc Andreessen, has agreed to acquire iConclude, an IT process automation software company, for about $53 million.

Opsware, which specializes in automating corporate data centers, said it has would pay $30 million in cash and 3.39 million in shares, which makes the transaction worth about $53 million, based on its current stock price. IConclude is based in Bellevue, Wash.
