Blah Girls, a cartoon and web site that features a group of teenage girls discussing pop culture, launched at the TechCrunch50 conference earlier today. It’s part of a Los Angeles-based media startup that actor Ashton Kutcher and Jason Goldberg started in 2005, called Katalyst Media.
