Outshouts launches video site for personalized video
Outshouts is launching a web site today that lets you make comments on videos and songs.
The Menlo Park, Calif.,-based company did a quiet launch in July 2008 and traffic has grown to more than 300,000 visits a month and two million page views. Today is the official launch.
