RingCentral raises $12M more for centralized communications

RingCentral, a Redwood City, Calif., company that allows small businesses to unify and manage their phone, mobile, fax and email communications, said it has raised $12 million more in a second round of financing.

This follows $12 million raised in Sept. of last year.

The round was led by DAG Ventures and included existing investors Sequoia Capital and Khosla Ventures.

RingCentral, another unified phone/communication service, raises $12M

RingCentral, a Redwood City, calif. company that allows small businesses to unify and manage their phone, mobile, fax and email communications, said it has raised a total of $12 million in a first round of financing.

Sequoia Capital and Khosla Ventures led the round. We mentioned their an initial $6.25 million investment back in January, which is included in the $12 million. This company was founded in 1999 .

RingCentral raises $6.25M to sell telecom services to businesses

RingCentral, a San Mateo, Calif. company that provides a range of telecom services for businesses, has raised $6.25 million of an expected $12.89 million in a first round of venture capital, according to a regulatory filing cited by PE Wire.

Backers include Khosla Ventures and Sequoia Capital. The company was founded in 1991, and was owned by Motorola between 1998 and 1999.
