Mobile social app Xumii acquired by Europe’s Myriad Group
Most Americans know nothing about Myriad Group AG, the French/Swiss company formed by a merger earlier this year. Myriad now claims to be the world’s largest mobile software maker, with 700 software engineers worldwide.
Earlier today, Myriad announced the acquisition of Xumii, a small company with offices in Silicon Valley and Sydney, Australia. Xumii’s software for mobile phones ties Twitter, Facebook, MySpace and other social network apps together into one application.

MobileMonday announces Peer Awards finalists
