The latest Android and iPhone phones are sporting sexy dual-core chips that promise to amp up performance, but Microsoft is saying that devices running its new Windows Phone Mango operating system will be sticking to single-core CPUs for now. Amazon’s 7-inch tablet on track for October, 10-inch coming early 2012

Amazon is expected to ship a powerful 10-inch tablet in the first quarter of 2012, while its 7-inch tablet will make its way to consumers in October, according to Digitimes.
