A10 Networks raises $23M for web application delivery
A10 Networks, a web application delivery company, has raised a $23 million third round of funding led by Mitsui & Co.
The San Jose, Calif. company’s products include server load balancers, bandwidth management appliances and network identity management appliances. A10 Networks says it has won more than 100 new customers since the beginning of the year.

Cardiovascular biotech Portola Pharmaceuticals raises $70M, eyes IPO
Portola Pharmaceuticals, a South San Francisco, Calif., biotech aiming to develop treatments for blood clots and other heart-related problems, raised $70 million in a third round of financing dominated by late-stage and public-market investors.
