TriCipher raises $12M for secure logins
TriCipher, maker of software that assures the identity of users logging into online applications, just brought in $12 million in a fourth round of funding for further expansion. The San Mateo, Calif. company says it has already added 100 new clients in the past nine months. It also recently launched its myOneLogin product, a single sign-on authentication system for companies looking to prevent fraud and identity theft.

AdSpace raises $30M more to push ads in mall TVs
Adspace Networks, of New York, has raised $30 million to bring its media screens and advertisements to U.S. shopping malls, just the latest in a crowd of companies pushing a similar strategy.
There’s NearbyNow, backed with $7.5 million from DFJ and Draper Richards (see our coverage), that focuses on search for malls, along with advertising. TriCipher, an online user authentication company, raises $15M
TriCipher, a Los Gatos, Calif., provider of user authentication security technology to protect against online fraud and identity theft, said it has raised $15 million in a third round of cash and debt financing.
Led by RBC Technology Ventures, the round included existing investors Arrowpath Venture Partners, Intel Capital, Trident Capital, Wasatch Venture Fund, and Zions SBIC, a subsidiary of Zions Bank. Comerica provided some debt in the round.
