The game is on at fledgling startup 2080 Media. Within a week, it landed $3M in a first round of funding and bought PlayON Sports from Turner Sports International Enterprises. After a decade of struggle and decline, Relativity Technologies has sold to Micro Focus International for $9.7 million, a meager portion of the $25 million in venture backing it had raised from the likes of Intel Capital, Noro-Moseley Partners, Tall Oaks Capital Partners, Wachovia Strategic Ventures and the Wakefield Group.

Clearleap, a company that delivers video from a range of different sources to your living room television screen, announced today that it pulled in $3.3 million in debt financing from Silicon Valley Bank.
