Consentry nabs $9.4M for tighter network control
Consentry Networks, a Milpitas, Calif. company that gives network administrators more direct control over computing infrastructure and applications, just raised $9.4 million from DAG Ventures, Invesco Private Capital, Northgate Capital, Translink Capital and Vedanta Capital.

LiteScape raises $14M more for “unified communications”
LiteScape Technologies, a Redwood Shores, Calif. company that says it offers “unified communications” applications, has raised $14 million in a second round of funding.

Vedanta Capital led the deal, which included T-Venture and existing backers SoftBank Capital, TeleSoft Partners and Blumberg Capital.
LiteScape Technologies raises $11.2M for VoIP-in-business applications service
LiteScape Technologies Inc., a Redwood Shores, Calif. provider of VoIP-enabled business software, has raised $11.2 million of a planned $13.8 million second round of funding (VentureWire).
Investors included Vedanta Capital (apparently no Web site), a firm founded last year by former partners at Invesco Private Capital and existing investors TeleSoft Partners, SoftBank Capital and Blumberg Capital.
LiteScape tries to integrate communications into business applications on any device, according to its Web site.
