Ex-CIA investor Gilman Louie makes first secretive investment: Duality

Gilman Louie, who used to run In-Q-Tel, the indepedent venture arm of the CIA, appears to have made his first investment since leaving that group.

Louie, who has teamed up with former NEA investor, Stewart Alsop at a firm called Alsop Louie Partners, has invested $2 million in Duality, a Mountain View provider of “virtual mobile enterprise” communications services for small and medium sized business and for units within large organizations.
