Atrua Technologies, a Campbell start-up that allows mobile devices to recognize the finger touch of their owners, and thus boost security, has raised $9M in a fourth round of funding.

The round was led by existing investor BlueRun Ventures and new investor Hua Hong Group of China. Also participating in the round are existing investors Ericsson Venture Partners, Neocarta Ventures and Osprey Ventures and new investor Mosen, of South Korea.

Atrua has a development office in Shanghai.

Mosen supplies mobile phone keypads and housings to mobile phone makers, including Nokia and Samsung.
