So both PSN and XBLA have card games, but really I just want a good multi-player Cribbage game. Yes some of you all looked at the title and stopped reading. I realize this, but thank you to those who are sticking with this subject.
This is just one iteration of a cribbage board that is out there. Some of you are wondering what the hell is this game. In order to tell you what this is how about I avoid that question with a story oh how I got into this game.
When I was younger we lived with my grand parents where I slept on the couch. My two other sisters slept in the toy room and parents slept in the guest room of my grand parents house. Most nights while sleeping all I heard was stuff like the following: mom would say, "15 2 15 4 a run is 7 and one for jacks"
Growing up in varios parts of Connecticut there was not much to do out in the woods. So growing up this was kinda sporting event with family and friends. Even though the cards delt are luck of the draw there is a strategy elements when you see your hand.
With this strategic element it would be a prime game to go on PSN/XBLA since other favorites are all ready there. I mean come on if someone can put rummy, spades, uno and dominoes (not a card game, but fun) on PSN/XBL. This would put a small surge for the older generation / fanboys of this game to have a game they can relate to.
Thank you all for reading, but I just hope one day I will see this game come to either system. Going to play my wife’s iTouch cribbage now after I try to beat the 2nd level on Rhythm Heaven.
