Hi everyone. My name is Nick Prinzing, but in the gaming world I’m known as Aerion or glass_flame. I’m going to be frank with you: I don’t really have the patience or unprovoked work ethic to do in-depth stories worthy of the front page. Where I believe that I truly excel is in my reviews, which I’ll try to post regularly.
I think that I have a fairly unique perspective about games, but not so unique that my reviews have no pertinence. I’ll explain my thoughts and judgements as fully as I can, but feel free to question me if I fail at that.
Expect to see mostly reviews of shooters and action games, but I’ll throw the occasional curveball and go beyond my usual expertise (for example, one of my favorite games of this generation is Tetris DS). The only thing that you shouldn’t expect from me is a review of an exclusive for the Xbox 360. My second red ring killed the interest that I had in holding faith with the console, and I don’t play enough games in multiplayer to care about its (apparent) superiority in that area.
I hope that you enjoy reading the work that I’ll post here in the future.
