Macworld Expo kicks into high gear on Thursday, at San Francisco’s Moscone Center North.

You can get onto the expo floor and into the featured events below for free (Sorry, we can’t get you into the conference sessions) by registering at with the promo code “GRUBER.” Daring Fireball pundit John Gruber cut a deal with Macworld so that his fans can see him and the other featured events for free. Gruber himself speaks Friday at 4:30 on Apple’s top 10 issues.

I triple-factchecked this with the Macworld staff to be sure you can get in. If you’re challenged at the door, Karen Sharma from Schwartz PR, who wrangles the media for the event, can confirm your Gruber pass privilege. Be nice.
