Today Twitter’s MoPub announced integration with Namo Media’s technology, resulting in a new feature called location control.
Twitter’s MoPub mobile ad exchange is now offering advertisers a chance to play with the placement of app ads without having to update the app. Advertisers will be able to adjust not only the positioning of ads, but also how often they appear in content streams.
It’s an interesting opportunity for advertisers to figure out the right way to appeal to consumers.
Twitter is trying to up its native ad game. In June, it acquired Namo Media and it broadened advertisers ability to work across ad networks. Just a few weeks ago Twitter announced a powerful partnership with Juice Mobile, which guarantees results for advertising campaigns.
This latest update shows Twitter’s desire to deliver results in the mobile advertising sphere.
