The gaming industry is coming together in Los Angeles to get everyone worked up about the next wave of big releases, and we’re gonna start cataloging the news. Starting before E3 and continuing through the week of the show, we’ll keep track of the rumors, teasers, and official reveals right here.

Microsoft is bringing together its Xbox and PC gaming platforms with its Play Anywhere feature. If a game has a Play Anywhere icon, that means you can buy it on Xbox One and play it on your PC.
Micosoft has updated its gamepad with a textured grip and a better radio receiver that works at distance. The company is also introducing the Xbox Design Lab where gamers can customize their own controller.
AMD is going to power the new Xbox One, and these Polaris chips are behind that.

Star Trek is getting a VR bridge simulator
ABC News revealed that publisher Ubisoft is working on a game that will simulate the action of operating a spacecraft from Star Trek. Developer Red Storm Entertainment, which author Tom Clancy founded, is making the game that will have players working together just like Picard, Worf, and William Riker.
In an interview, Sony Interactive Entertainment boss Andrew House said that upgraded version of the PS4 is happening. The company does not play, however, to show it off at E3.
Injustice 2 gets its first gameplay trailer
This is still not WWE Immortals for console, but that’s OK.
Mortal Kombat studio NetherRealm Studios is back with more Batman-punching-Superman action becasue we haven’t had enough of that yet. NetherRealm is on a roll following the megasuccessful Mortal Kombat X. It now looks like it is on an alternating release cadence between Injustice and MK — although hopefully a WWE: Immortals game will sneak onto console as well.

7 Days to Die launch trailer
After three years in early access on PC, 7 Days to Die is officially launching.
Destiny: Rise of Iron is $30, coming in September, and won’t be on Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3
Destiny’s next expansion is confirmed. It’s due out September 20 but only for PS4 and Xbox One. It will feature a new raid, region, and more.
Cliff Bleszinski and Boss Key Studios will show off Lawbreakers shooter at PC Gaming Show
The PC is getting its own show at E3 once again, and Lawbreakers will make a big appearance there.
Lego Dimensions is getting new adventures
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is bringing new characters and properties into its Lego game. That includes Sonic the Hedgehog, Ghostbusters (2016), and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them from the Harry Potter universe.
Hamonix Music VR is coming to PSVR this October alongside the new virtual reality platform.

One of the most exciting PS4 exclusives is coming February 28, and developer Guerrilla Games will show it off at E3.
Saints Row studio Volition is expanding that open-world crime universe with something new that focuses on superheroes and class-based gameplay. The game is due out in 2017 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
Final Fantasy XII getting remastered for PlayStation 4
Sony confirmed that Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age will update the game with high-definition graphics for the PS4. It’s coming in 2017.
Yooka-Laylee is coming in early 2017
The platformer throwback to the Nintendo 64’s Banjo-Kazooie is coming in the first quarter of next year, according to its developer.
Telltale’s Batman and The Walking Dead: Season Three get release windows
Batman: The Telltale Series is coming this summer, according to studio spokesperson Job Stauffer. The Walking Dead: Season Three will hit in the fall.

Numerous reports claim Microsoft will reveal a number of revisions and other additions to its hardware lineup. Here’s what you can expect Monday morning:
A slimmer Xbox One
Xbox One streaming box and stick similar to Roku.
New Xbox One controller.
A more powerful Xbox One — although Microsoft may not announce this yet.
New Sony hardware
Even more rumors claim that Sony is working on a new version of its PlayStation 4 with more power. This PS4 has the codename Neo, and games will have to support both this console and the original system by this fall.
Sony has now confirmed this.
Titanfall 2 is getting a pair of special editions
EA’s mech shooter is getting Collector’s Editions.
Activision and Bungie accidentally posted some info to the Xbox Store and the game’s official website.

Injustice 2 is happening
A leaked poster suggested Injustice 2, the sequel to the DC Comics superhero fighting game, is coming. Polygon posted the image you see below.

Watch Dogs 2 is coming in November and takes place in San Francisco
IGN — the site that has an exclusive announcement deal for Watch Dogs 2 — accidentally posted a banner advertisement for the game. It shows a release date of November 15 and a hero sitting in front of the Golden Gate Bridge. Hacking the city of San Francisco makes a lot of sense because how else could you afford to live in that city if you don’t have instant access to everyone’s bank accounts?
Capcom is making Dead Rising 4
Leaked images suggest Xbox One and Windows 10 could get the sequel to one of the better launch games for this generation of consoles. Publisher Capcom isn’t new to exclusivity deals (it did something similar with Street Fighter V and Sony’s PlayStation 4), so this rumor seems sound.
Nintendo may finally localize Mother 3 for North America
Multiple reports are claiming that Nintendo is localizing the Game Boy Advance sequel to Earthbound, which never came out in the United States.
Witcher III developer is making a separate card game
Gwent, the card game from The Witcher III, is likely getting a standalone version from developer CD Projekt Red.
