Level Squared won the best student game, a new category awarded for the first time tonight at The Game Awards.

It went by a little fast, so I have no idea how to describe it. But it was made by a team at Swinburne University, and the older-looking guy who accepted the award is one of the students, as he said, “I’m graduating next week. Somebody hire me, please.”

The game competed against other student titles entitled Hollowed, Meaning, From Light, Falling Sky, and Impulsion.
