Cisco buys digital signage software co., Tivella

Cisco, the networking giant in San Jose, said it will acquire Tivella, Inc. of Half Moon Bay, Calif., for an undisclosed amount.

Tivella is a leading provider of digital signage software and systems.

According to the announcement:
