That’s what the Microsoft mail team is promising anyway. Based here in Mountain View, the mail beta team, as they call themselves, is “building the next generation of web mail.” You can read about the progress at the mail team blog, and even glimpse a screenshot of “Kahuna” (as it’s being called internally)…yet another example of the relative openess surrounding product development these days. It also appears from the blog that the Kahuna program managers have spent a fair amount of time listening to the feedback from their beta testers and incorporating some of their ideas.
Meanwhile, we’re still waiting for the new Yahoo Mail…
