HTC EVO 3D and EVO VIEW 4GIf you can’t get enough 3D in your visual diet, Sprint has the phone for you. Sprint on Monday announced a June 24 launch date for the HTC EVO 3D, the first U.S. smartphone with a “glasses-free” 3D screen and the ability to shoot 3D pictures and video. Sprint will also offer the new HTC View 4G tablet on the same day.

The EVO 3D includes a 1.2 GHz processor, a 4.3-inch glasses-free qHD 3D screen, and dual 5-megapixel cameras on the rear for capturing 3D pictures and videos. Its specs make it by far the most powerful phone on Sprint, compared to the original EVO 4G, Samsung Epic 4G, and Google Nexus S 4G.

The HTC View 4G tablet is also quite powerful, and it offers up a 1.5 GHz Snapdragon processor and a 7-inch screen. The specs are similar to the previously released HTC Flyer tablet.

Both the HTC EVO 3D and the EVO View 4G tablet will run Gingerbread (Android 2.3) and have access to Sprint’s 4G WiMAX network, which is currently active in 71 U.S. cities.

Pricing on the two new products will fall in line with similar phones and tablets. The HTC EVO 3D will retail for $199.99 with a two-year contract, and the HTC View 4G will run $399.99 with a two-year contract.
