Newegg, a popular online shop for technology products, and the website for department store Neiman Marcus have both suffered outages today — Black Friday, of all days.

On Black Friday last year, Best Buy’s website went down.

For Neiman Marcus, this is the second big technology problem in a couple of years. In January 2014 the company disclosed a hack affecting more than one million shoppers’ credit cards.

Newegg is working to restore its website, according to the company’s tweets:

As for Neiman Marcus, it will be extending a sale, according to a tweet.

Update at 3:53 p.m. Pacific: Both sites work for me now. But Neiman Marcus hasn’t tweeted out that the site is completely back to normal. Newegg did tweet out that the site should be working again now.

We’ll add more information to this post as updates become available.
