Chiptune musician Quinton Sung has gone ahead and given us the gift of song. Well, he regifted it, but he’s wrapped it in a new, NES-style bow…so it’s actually quite sweet.
Sung used the bleeps and bloops from an 8-bit-era sound board to meticulously rerecord each composition from Radiohead’s Kid A and OK Computer albums. If you’re a fan of both the band from Oxfordshire and the tinny beats of an old cartridge-based gaming console, then this nostalgic trip will really vibrate your central-nervous system in a soothing manner .
Listen to all of Kid A here.
