Shoot-em-up fans rejoice: developer Housemarque’s frantic PlayStation 4 game, Resogun, is coming to PlayStation Vita.
That’s according to Resogun producer James Hawkins, who took to the European PlayStation Blog yesterday to steathily announce the handheld port. It’s great fan service from a developer that’s already supported its title with a major two-player couch co-op update and just added some free Halloween-themed skins.
Responding to a casual enquiry on the PlayStation Blog, Hawkins said that a Vita version of Resogun “is coming and is looking, sounding and, most importantly, playing great!”
There’s no word on a release date or price for Resogun on Vita. The original version was included with Sony’s PlayStation Plus subscription service back in November, so early PS4 adopters may get hold of the Vita port without spending another cent.
