Mobile publisher Gamevil is doing a little globetrotting in a quest for new partners.

Gamevil has made seed investments of undisclosed amounts in Finnish game developer Ocean View Games. It’s also entering publishing partnerships with developers Brainz from Columbia and Zadzen Games from Ukraine. Gamevil will provide each developer with advice and help into its philosophies on design and monetization.
