Spelunky speedrunner Bananasaurus Rex accidentally set a world record while playing the game the other day.

Developer Mossmouth’s superdifficult platformer Spelunky has a new champion. The game, which is very difficult to defeat normally, also has a secret ending known as a “Hell run.” Speedrunner Bananasaurus Rex was actually just practicing to beat the standard ending in less than 180 seconds, but he ended up with the Hell run world record.
