While DICE/EA has announced that Star Wars: Battlefront won’t have a single player campaign, sales are still expected to be strong on the fall released title (as the Triple-A carries plenty of big name behind it). If you’re a PC gamer set on buying the game come November 17th, you’re in luck.
Digital retailer Green Man Gaming has a 23% off deal on Star Wars: Battlefront along with other select EA published titles (just use the promo code listed below at checkout). While a coupon at GMG is fairly typical these days, deals on big games such as Battlefront or Black Ops III are rare and far in between.
- Star Wars: Battlefront for $45 at GMG (Origin Key, list price $60)
- Use Code: GMGMID-SEASON-25PERC
The coupon at GMG is not limited to Star Wars: Battlefront, and can be used on most games sold at GMG. The coupon won’t work on a few recent releases like Swindle, but over the weekend the coupon began working on pre-order like Battlefront making the best public discount seen yet on this particular title.
Unfortunatly GMG is only selling the standard edition of the game, so if you were expectng the same 23% off on the Deluxe Eidtion with Han Solo’s Blaster DLC, you’re out of luck. The only semi-noteworthy discount on the Deluxe is GamesRocket who drops the price from $69.99 to $62.49. That’s still $7.50 off the list price, but the 11% discount seems a pittance compared to the latest GMG deal.
Pre-order bonus for standard edition includes the Battle Of Jakku DLC, which will be made available later December. More details on this DLC and how to get it can be found here.
