Those of us who love Saturday Night Live, Will Ferrell or Christopher Walken undoubtedly have already downloaded the More Cowbell application from the iTunes App Store. But some of us were left wanting something more. More cowbell.

We’ve been heard.

Say hello to Cowbell Plus, a new application that yes, gives you more cowbell — among other things.

Cowbell Plus gives you access to over 15 rhythmic instruments including the tambourine, the woodblock and the triangle. But here’s the best part: It also allows you to use the iPhone/iPod Touch accelerometer to make cowbell music by shaking your device.

If this all sounds too good to be true, there’s a catch. The app is $1.99. More Cowbell = more money.

Find the app here.

Update: Yesterday I incorrectly said the app was $2.99, it is $1.99, I’ve updated.
