Cellfire has launched, and raises $10 million
Cellfire, the Santa Clara mobile phone coupon service, which we wrote about here, has just launched, and raised a $10 million in a second round of funding, the company tells us in a release. The round was led by Silicon Valley firm Menlo Ventures.

Matt launched VentureBeat in September of 2006, with the realization that no one else was covering the entrepreneurial and tech innovation scene with the velocity or depth that he was.
