Marketing outsource Co., Rainmaker, buys ViewCentral for $4.3M

Rainmaker Systems, a Campbell outsource provider of sales and marketing services, said it has agreed to acquire the assets of privately held ViewCentral, Inc. of Mountain View.

ViewCentral provides enterprise training and marketing program management solutions that generated approximately $3.8 million in revenue in 2005. The all-stock transaction is valued at approximately $4.3 million, the company said.

The transaction is anticipated to close by the end of September 2006,
