San Francisco's OQO, maker of the small, mobile Windows XP computer device, has made too personnel announcements:

It has named Bob Rosin as the senior vice president of marketing and alliances, and Fred Bowes as the vice president of worldwide sales.

Rosin joined OQO in 2002 as senior vice president of business development and has played various integral roles managing sales, business development, venture fund raising, and corporate development. In his new position, Rosin will lead all marketing programs at OQO in the rapidly evolving "UMPC-Pro" marketplace, the company said.

Fred Bowes brings over 21 years of executive sales and general management experience. Prior to joining OQO, Bowes worked for seven years at Dell, where he drove over a billion dollars in sales for Dell's Public and France divisions, the company said
