VoIP testing company, Clarus, raises $3.33M

Clarus Systems, a San Francisco provider of automated testing solutions for VoIP, has raised $3.33 million in Series B funding, according to a regulatory filing cited by PE Week Wire.

The company had a re-start last year, and at the time got $5 million more in fresh cash. Shareholders include Trinity Ventures, Mobius Venture Capital, Sigefi, Burnett & Vallee and Trident Capital, PE Week said.
