Luminescent, lithography- enhancement company, raises $9M more

Luminescent Technologies, a Palo Alto, Calif provider of lithography-enhancement products for the chip industry, said it has raised $9 million in a new financing round.

The round was led by Adams Capital Management and included existing investor Sevin Rosen Funds.

With the new financing in place, Luminescent CEO David Fried has stepped down, and is being replaced by Moris Kori, who previously was EVP of Products.
