Fusion Antibodies raises $2.5M for antibody tech
Fusion Antibodies, an Irish biotech focused on — you guessed it — antibody tools and drugs, raised $2.5 million (£1.2 million) to push unidentified drug candidates through animal testing. Participants in the round included Crescent Capital, Viridian Growth Fund, QUBIS, University Challenge Fund and Invest Northern Ireland. The company also said it received a $820,000 (£400,000) research grant through the Invest Northern Ireland START program.
