NanoTune Technologies is a Mountain View, Calif. company that claims to have a unique tailoring process based around silica nanomaterials.
The company is capable of modifying the surface chemistry and precisely controlling the porosity of their nanomaterials, a technology that could potentially have applications in numerous fields.
The $3.12 million round of funding, the company’s first, was led by Draper Fisher Jurvetson. Reported via peHUB.
