MediaBank raises $30 million for ad analytics

Chicago-based MediaBank said it has raises $30 million to expand its ad procurement and analytics services for the advertising indsutry.

New Enterprise Associates supplied the entire funding, following up on its July, 2007 investment of $10.5 million.

MediaBank claims it can do cross-media analytics and intelligence through planning, buying, workflow and data warehousing tools. Its solution is based on the MediaBank O|X platform. Customers include advertisers and media buyers. With MediaBank, customers can manage media procurement, planning, billing, and tracking across all advertising channels — analog, Web-based and digital media — using a single platform capable of integrating data and systems from a variety of sources. The idea is to make advertising more efficient.
