Software company Waterfall Mobile raises $3.7M

Waterfall Mobile, whose software platform enables marketers, media companies, and emergency responders to deliver targeted mobile campaigns, has raised $3.7 million from undisclosed investors, according to VentureWire, citing a regulatory filing. The San Francisco company is aiming to raise $8.3 million total in its current round.

Waterfall chief executive Matthew Sechrest was a founding partner at ArrowPath Venture Capital.
