I'm actually doing quite well, thanks @B. Why don't you come check it out and then let me know what you think?

Sam Ramji, MS's Open Source guy is not a career Microsoftie and comes to the company with a lot of open source software development background including a number of startups like Ofoto, Brightware, and NetStudio. He's been given the assignment, and latitude, of actually trying to figure out how Linux, PHP, Python, etc. technologies can run on Windows, which can give developers a massive platform for distribution - something that everyone's looking for.

I urge you to come check it out and let me know what you think, I'd love your feedback. Microsoft's making a lot of changes that I think will surprise you.
