Yahoo launches Flickr iPhone app, plus Yahoo Finance, Fantasy Football

flickrYahoo has announced three new mobile apps this morning for some of its most popular properties. Click the links below to find and install them.

Flickr for Mobile (iPhone / iPod Touch only) — This free iPhone app lets you upload, share, and tag photos and videos. Flickr already has a browser-based mobile app at m.flickr.com, but iPhone users can now hit the App Store and get the free iPhone app.

yfYahoo! Finance for Mobile (iPhone /  iPod Touch, BlackBerry Bold, Tour and 8900 series) — The new, free app tracks companies, market indices and news, plus it lets you drill down into specific companies for more data. Click here for the iPhone version, click here for the BlackBerry app. Or you can use the existing browser-based version at m.yahoo.com/finance.

yffYahoo! Fantasy Football for Mobile (iPhone / iPod Touch, BlackBerry Bold, Tour and 8900 series) — I know zeroi about fantasy football, but Yahoo expects 30 million people to play some sort of the game during the coming fall season. Not all of them will use Yahoo, but you can click here for the iPhone version, click here for the BlackBerry app, or open your phone browser to m.yahoo.com/fantasy.

I’ll update this post with new info on the apps as it comes in.
