ElectraTherm warms with $5.4M for waste-heat recycling
ElectraTherm, developer of a contained machine that traps and reuses waste heat, has brought in $5.4 million from a group of undisclosed investors. Based in Carson City, Nev., the company has brought in $10 million to date. The unit installed in Southern Methodist University’s Geothermal Lab produces zero-emissions energy that exceeds 50 kilowatts.
