MiniMash provides aspiring viral video makers with a set of editing tools aimed at keeping it simple and fun to take a bunch of videos and still, and create a short Internet-ready clip.

In addition to offering a free, 99-second version of the service, MiniMash will sell premium accounts for $29 a year that include additional storage, free embeds and longer mashes. MiniMash will also offer a Pro account for $299 a year which allows for unlimited storage plus additional editing tools.

MiniMash's challenge will be getting the word out. Most Internet video fans didn't realize they already had Windows Movie Maker already installed on their computer until the recent craze for Hitler parodies, most created with Movie Maker's subtitle feature.

In the same way, what MiniMash needs are some hit videos that prompt viewers to ask, "How do I make one of those?"

Oakland, California-based MiniMash is a bootstrapped startup currently seeking angel funding for partnerships and expansion.
