Today, Apple announced iOS 8.1, an update designed to resolve the many issues users encountered when upgrading to iOS 8.0.
Apple said that the 8.1 update introduces support for Apple Pay -- its new mobile payments service -- and a new universal "iCloud iPhoto Library" that syncs full-size photos across devices using iCloud storage. The Camera Roll also returns to iOS with the 8.1 update.
