PicPal is the long-distance selfie app your selfie stick has been waiting for

It’s selfie time, but your friends are not around [insert crying emoji here].

Thank goodness for PicPal, an app that lets you invite up to three friends to take a selfie at (almost) the same exact time! Even better, thank goodness Myndbee, the maker of the “selfie collaboration app,” announced today it raised $2.5 million in a seed round.

Myndbee says that “PicPal combines social media, real-time collages, and the ever important selfie into one App.” Yes, your long-distance relationship just got way better.

The company, based in Irving, Texas, received the funding from Singapore-based Nadathur Technologies Pte. Ltd.
