Today FollowAnalytics, a -based marketing tech company, announced it has secured $7.5 million in a public filing. The filing cities Draper Fisher Jurvetson's Jennifer Fonstad, Zetta Venture Partners' Mark Gorenberg, and investor Audrey MacLean as board members.

Visually raises $3.3M to offer more on-demand creative services
Infographics startup Visually announced a $3.3 million funding round last night led by Crosslink. The San Francisco-based company says it plans to use the new funds to "expand its creative services offerings and capitalize on the growing demand for creative talent."
Studypool, a tutoring marketplace, raises $1.2M
Today tutoring startup Studypool announced a $1.2 million raise from Lerer Hippeau Ventures, 500 Startups, Great Oaks, and others. The company reportedly plans to use the new funds to redesign its site and debut a mobile app.
