Everyone knows about fantasy sports. Leagues like football and baseball are basically a part of American life now. Not as big are fantasy leagues geared towards the entertainment industry, but Atomic Moguls is raising money to focus on both.
The company has raised "around $1 million," according to VentureWire. The funding was provided by Second Avenue Partners as well as individual funders. The company previously raised $1 million last year with Amazon.com taking part.
The Seattle, Wash-based Atomic Moguls plans to release 1,000 fantasy sports applications for use around the web by September.
