China's largest online provider of on-demand services, Meituan-Dianping, is reportedly raising up to $3 billion in fresh funds, with Tencent expected to throw in $1 billion of it, according to a report by The Wall Street Journal on Monday.

Sekai Lab raises $3.3M to crowdsource offshore app development
Tokyo-based Monstar Lab, the company that provides crowdsourced offshore app development service Sekai Lab, announced today that it has fundraised 400 million yen (approximately $3.3 million) from Pasona Tech and DG Incubation.
