The data bottleneck developing with Analytics 2.0 – or big data – is about to create a stranglehold. That bottleneck lies in data scientists’ ability to clean and integrate data fast enough, and according to Tom Davenport, professor of Information Technology & Management at Babson College, today’s most sophisticated organizations are embracing Analytics 3.0 – a new approach that combines big and small data at both speed and scale.
This new data movement holds enormous opportunity – from better, faster decision-making to developing new products and services based on better data and smarter analytics.

The timing to move towards Analytics 3.0 thinking couldn’t be more critical. A data tsunami is advancing; it’s not long before the entire world is connected through the Internet of Things. Waiting for that to happen will mean the one thing we know happens should a data ocean unleash its fury: drowning in data.
In this one-hour webinar, Davenport will explain the data challenges organizations today are facing, and the essential responses required to fully join what he calls Analytics 3.0.
The session will conclude with a presentation from Nidhi Aggarwal and Alan Wagner of Tamr, a leader in connecting and enriching diverse data. Together they'll explain Tamr's approach to data integration and provide a demo focused on supply chain visibility.
