Draper Fisher Jurvetson, the Silicon Valley firm that invested in Internet phone company Skype and Chinese search engine Baidu, has raised $100.6 million for a separate “Growth Fund” to invest in more mature companies than DFJ typically does with its main fund, VentureWire reports (sub required).

The new fund has already invested in Visto, which we reported yesterday. The fund may reach $250 million, according to a regulatory filing cited by VentureWire.
